  Only thing is that 3 cleanings should be adapted to the stay not fixed 3 days of Monday Wednesday Friday. Also maybe gaz BBQ is easier than charcoal.
  Other than that everything was perfect: condo, beach, the grounds kept immaculate, professional and courteous management especially Gwenda and Oletta

  We love staying at Silver Sands and are repeat customers. It’s quiet, peaceful, and not overcrowded. SS is close to Foster’s grocery store, and not far from many great restaurants. It’s location at the north end of seven mile is perfect. You get the best beach, great views, in a serene peaceful setting. We spend lots of our time paddle boarding and snorkeling in the water right outside the condo. It’s clear, smooth, and we have seen some cool sea life. Our kids love it here. It’s a wonderful place to get away, relax, and recharge.

  What a beautiful condo. But the most impressive part was the grounds. So well taken care of. Now for the best part....the snorkeling. We went with our 2 daughters. The adventurous one spent days with us discovery 20 different kinds of reef fish, barracuda and even a spiney lobster. The other daughter was more interested in our daily visitor, Frito the Rooster. We will miss it all. Thank U for the incredible memories. We hope to come back

  This was a bit north of the hustle of Seven Mile Beach so it was a perfect spot for a quiet family beach vacation.
  There was some confusion with renting this through Expedia (maybe they were new on that site?) but both Expedia and also this condo company cleared up that reservation issue and after that all our work with the Silver Sands staff was easy and made our stay easy. Would absolutely return!

  We live on island and took a "staycation" on a 2 bed, 2 bath ground floor condo. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived and, when we found an issue, it was remedied immediately!
  
  This condo complex is very old but our unit had been completely updated and it has one of the best beaches on Seven Mile Beach. Our tv had a decent number of channels with free wifi. Even the gazebo has free wifi! There are 2 charcoal barbecues by the gazebo and we used it a couple of times; even the charcoal was there.
  
  The best part was the calmness of this complex. Many full time residents live here and there wasn't the usual rush of people grabbing all the chairs around the pool or on the beach first thing in the morning.
  
  Overall, this was a relaxing time for us and I would definitely stay here again.
