first floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room; upstairs are
the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, and a guest room with two full
beds and a separate bathroom. There is also a laundry area with washer and dryer, and
both bedrooms have 55-inch HD cable TVs. As an end unit, Condo #27 benefits from
additional windows for more natural light.

  Our family of 6 stayed in Unit 27 at silver sands and absolutely loved it! The inside has been renovated and updated. Silver sands is a quieter spot on 7mile beach and really lovely place to get away from city life and relax.

  Silver Sands is an excellent property. The view from our balcony looked like a postcard. The beach was amazing. Plenty of chairs, hammocks, and my girls played on the bocce ball court. The condo itself is very up to date and gorgeous. You can tell it’s been remodeled. The primary bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall its was a wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to go back and stay in this exact same condo or one in the complex. Oh, and very close to Fosters for groceries. That was convenient.
