  Unit 36 was very nice. It was very convenient to have the ground floor where we could easily run back to the unit for things. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The pool area was never crowded and had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. The beach is stunning! The beach was cleaned every morning and had plenty of beach chairs and shade. The condo is close to a few restaurants and we drove into town a few nights as well. The grocery store is minutes away and the condo was equipped with almost everything for cooking ( we didn’t find a baking sheet), but we made do. Thank you for a wonderful opportunity to share your beach house!

  This unit is in a great location away from crowds as most reviews indicate. There are some very good restaurants within 5-10 minutes driving such as Calypso, Morgans, Tukka, Heritage and Bayside. However, there were a few things that would need to change for me to stay here again. The mattresses are horrible, just horrible. The whole resort would have intermittent periods of sewage smells. Another renter was complaining to the front desk while we were there and front desk said because it was Christmas time (Dec 5th ish) the people who address that are on their own schedule. Otherwise excellent beach, nice grills to use, good snorkeling, nice people who work there.
