    We had plenty of room for 6 adults and a 23 month old. It was so convenient being just steps from the beach and pool. The staff, renters, and condo owners were friendly and helpful. This is our second time at silver sands and it definitely won’t be our last.

    Our experience in 42 was less than aediquit. The disrepair of the condo lowered the quality of our experience. We were unable to use one bathroom for over one day. Other items on the below list resulted in our disfastication of the condo. Please consider this our formal complaint. Feel free to pass onto the owner.
    I do ask that at least one day of our stay be refunded. I ask for this refund as a conservitave request for the inconvenience the poor state of the condo caused our stay. We paid for a fully functioning condo, and did not get that. Please refund my credit card one day. The reasons are below.
    2/3 shower Knobs broken. Very difficult to turn water on.
    Black mold falls out of the shower knobs when they freely fall off when turned.
    Front shower ran all night making noise- affecting sleep. Unable to turn off due to failure of valve.
    Shower knobs broke and could not use the front left bathroom for over one day until repaired.
    2x no hot water
    Master twin bed springs are broken and nosey.
    Master bedroom Door knob way too nosey, wakes up people sleeping in room as door is opened.
    Many outlets do not work. No plugs.
    The Ocean view screen door is too foggy to see out of. Poor view.
    Front door knob barley works takes too long to open. Elderly cannot open the front door. Cannot operate the lock.
    Front Breezeway door locks do not work and a different key. We got locked out after locking it, forcing us to climb over the balcony.
    Front left bathroom toilet doesn't flush well. Plugs too easily.
    Kitchen cabinets are broken and don’t shut knobs falling off.
    A/c won’t go below 70
    Wood dining room Table falling apart and broken. If slightly moved, it separates at a broken seam.
    Washing machine hot water does not work. Won’t run on hot and caused times and unnecessary cycles. This caused extra time to figure out.

    We had a wonderful time at Silver Sands. This was our second time staying at the property. We loved the location of unit 42. The unit itself could use some TLC. Several kitchen cabinets don't align correctly and the one next to the refrigerator is completely unusable. The front door knob is very worn and they key sometimes jams. In the bedroom with one queen bed, the lighting is very poor (only two small nightstand lamps) and the closet light bulb needs to be replaced.

    Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Silver Sands. The property and beach is amazing, good location at north end of Seven Mile Beach. Great snorkling right from the beach at Cemetery Reef. Very happy with our condo, clean, good condition, well equipped. The staff was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
